i've noticed while running around in liberty city is that there are a bunch of random lines that like to dance around or spiral around in a sphere 'pattern'

It kinda looks like those cartoony molecules...and theyre all over the city

has anyone else seen these? (well, i suppose you'd have to, unless my rom is ...weird)
i'm just wondering what they do.

They're for the two Golden lions mission. It will unlock after you complete the main story and synced with Rockstar Social Club.
