Hacking GTA & Pokemon loading issues on Vi

Ok, I can't seem to figure out for the life of me how to get both these games to work, something about a DMA is what I was told but I dunno what the hell to do. I just got my DSi today and can't figure this stuff out. Plus the card seems awfully slow compared to my old CycloDS and M3 slot-1 cards on my DS Lite, maybe thats just the way these cards are I guess. Help is greatly appreciated.

User setting window appear when you point a game on top screen and touch the orange circle with arrow on touchscreen.
Option can be modified here by simply touching the field ON/OFF and [Save].
You can define which option you want for each game. Once done, options stay residente (don't forget to touch [Save]) and will be used every time you launch the game.

I managed to get GTA to work last night, haven't tried Pokemon yet since I am still loading other stuff and creating save files for everything but GTA runs smoothly now.
