ROM Hack GTA Multiplayer not working correctly.

Hello everyone,
We have 4 people with GTA: Chinatown Wars on their ds'es.
Singleplayer works 100% fine, but when we want play local multiplayer, it will not work.
All modes but LC Survivor and Single Race would freeze on countdown.
LC Survivor and Single race just freeze after like 5 minutes of playing or so.

I heard you need a clean rom, and got this one: 3517 - Grand Theft Auto Chinatown Wars (U)(Xenophobia).nds
Because it's clean.
First, it worked but with the same problems as the other game.
Now my friend messed with cheat files on my SDHC card and I just get stuck at a black screen on startup.

NOW, I read that you will need the 'Save Bypass' cheat.
But WHERE do you get this cheat?

Currently I just got my USRCHEAT.dat file, as I removed the crap my friend put onto my card.
And it hasn't got the cheat when I go to the cheat menu of my ds. * It HAS got a lot of others for GTA *

So can anybody please explain how to get this working in local multiplayer?

PS. We DID search a lot. We found one promising forum but it said 'get the Save Bypass cheat' wich we haven't got. So then we were like 'Hey, we'll just make a topic then'.

Watch out for triple posting! But to answer your question I don't know how to do this myself (I have to admit I didn't look for a tutorial or anything)

Sorry for the triple post.
The internet @ this camping site is so slow, I hit the 'post' button 3 times to make it work.

Very funny, what we need is a link or something like that to that cheat. We cannot find it.
