Gaming GTA: Chinatown Wars Freezes on Multiplayer

Hi:
Almost every mode on Multiplayer when it begins the countdown it freezes. I have tried with DSTT, Ninjapass and EZ Flash V with the original version with the Code to jump the Save Check. The games just works perfect, WIFI and everything but in Multiplayer it just freezes. Does anyone have the same problem? With the Ninjapass I have the AMR7 patch so maybe it doesn't work because of that. But with the other cards I have a clean rom and still it doesn't work, I even tried with 2 DS both with EZ Flash V and nope nothing. Anyone know something?

Same problem with CycloDS Evolution V1.54 and the clean ROM.
Also with Supercard mini SD.

I had an Acekard 2 (most recent AKAIO) hosting and a CycloDS (Patched ROM) joining, and it froze every time at 3.

Switching them round it worked more successfully, but never got past about 30 seconds before freezing (mostly froze within 10)

Not sure of the implications of this
