Apple Greenpois0n on a "limera1ned" iPhone

Basically, Greenpois0n is finally released and I want to swap. I already applied limera1n on my iPhone 4. If I switch to Greenpois0n, will I lose all my files in my iPhone? I already synced my music and apps via iTunes and DL'ed some apps from Cydia.

One question because I don't feel it needs another thread:

Can I synced my cracked apps with iTunes safely? I haven't purchased any of them (duh...) Also, is it safe for me to go online or buy DLC on cracked games (i.e. use Openfeint on a cracked game or buying DLC songs for Guitar Hero)?

Just out of interest, there is no difference between the two jailbreaks so u wont gain anything by doing this.

@R2DJ: As long as you have appsync, it's safe. And you can go online, but you can't purchase stuff in-game (it will say you didn't purchase the game, and will ask you do so, but you can just dismiss the message.)

Also, dont bither changing its not worth the hassle, theres no speed difference at all
