I found a micro sd that i though I lost that is full of games so I updated luma and other things and it works but all games arent working I know its because the tickets arent there so quick question

Is there a way that I can Install those missing tickets or the fastest way is to redownload everything ?

old sd card, gray titles, incorrect tickets . . . such a pain, i am sure re-downloading/installing the games is the simplest way to go about it . . . although if you want to save them (and other data on the sd card . . . saves perhaps) @TurdPooCharger can help

Read this thread about unrecognized or not working games. Let us know if you see X's marked on titles or not.

If you haven't formatted the console since you used that MicroSD (so the encryption keys are the same), it is possible to recover the games.
It might be a bit of a pain though. For the games that are from a proper eShop dump (downloaded with FreeShop, CIAngel, FunkyCIA2 or similar) it's possible to generate .tiks that can then be installed with FBI. For the ones that are converted from cartridge, or made with PlaiCDN or another tool that doesn't make proper eShop dumps, you need the original CIA you installed, and some way to extract the tik out of it as simply reinstalling the CIA will work but will wipe the save data. No idea how you would extract the tik out of a CIA though.

I recently had some games missing after I had to do a ctrtransfer, and for some reason the tickets for some games were missing in the ctrtransfer ticket backup. What I ended up doing was editing the hosts file in my router to add the title key site to DNS so I could use TIKDevil/tikShop on my 3DS to reinstall missing tickets, and then I ran tikSweep, which sorted out the missing games I had. But this is kind of a pain as it required messing with the router file system over SSH editing config files and was only possible due to my router having CFW (AsusWrt Merlin)
The better way would probably be to run a local DNS server on my PC, which has the hosts edit on it, but in my case that would have taken much longer and probably been more effort.
