Gaming Graphical Glitch on Colors! 3d(Hacked new 2ds xl)

Ive been getting this graphical glitch for a year now contacted the company and all they said is that they don't know how to fix it. So I was wondering if this might be because my ds is hacked?

So I uninstalled the cfw and it works fine so how do I get it to work with cfw

I had it on a hacked old 3ds xl and never had a problem....I loved Colors!

This can happen if you enabled new 3ds cpu speed and extended ram

If you have CFW then maybe downloading the rom internet may work

If you installed it with a CIA then the one you used might be bad, try downloading it from another source. If it's a legitimate copy then like a comment higher up said its probably your CPU speed and ram.
