PS1/2 Grandia 2 PAL Issue

I recently patched a Grandia 2 PAL ISO with the Pal to NTSC converter, and for some reason, the audio during cutscenes seems to either skip or go faster than the video playing. I'm currently in a bind as to what I can do to fix the issue at hand.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I'm using OPL 0.9.3 to play the game.

If the game was reprogrammed for 50hz, it might be difficult.
Does the PAL ISO have interesting new content that USA doesn't? I have no idea what it changed or added.

All the slowdown and bugs that were in the US and Japanese versions were apparently fixed in the European version for some odd reason.

Maybe replace the PAL video's with the NTSC video's?
