Welp, I somehow fixed it?

All I did was literally unplug my PC for like 5 minutes and plugged it back in (which someone said magically fixed theirs in some thread I read last night).

I just...I'm so confused. Lol

Get a line conditioner or change your PSU. If letting it sit like that changed things you may have wall outlet problems going on.
