Hacking Got my Kinect adapter

I'm trying to hook up my Kinect to the PC. I got it working with the cl nui device test, but i can't get it to work as a webcam as thats mainly what i want it to do.

Anyone got any pointers? i've tried this already http://www.e2esoft.cn/kinect/

goddamn the kinect sucks, i am so glad i paid only $50 for it. the games SUCK. wii is so much better for motion gaming.

ps. mods if this is a bad forum to post this in, please move it as necessary. i figure its about hacking the kinect to work on windows.

I don't think the kinect works as a webcam. I may be wrong, but the device has more than a camera, so windows would not see it as a webcam without custom drivers or something.
