my vita slim on 3.60
i heard there is a way if you have another Vita on 3.52 or lower you can install VHBL on the same account and then restore the dump somehow.

is it possible between PSTV and PS Vita?

Yes. If you get a PSTV on 3.52 or below firmware, you can install a VHBL bubble on it.
Then if you swap the memory card between your PSTV and Vita and the same account is used on them both it will just work.

That's it? No need for dumping system files and stuff?
also,how to activate PSTV?
i have PS3.

Nothing complicated is necessary.

Just connect your PSTV to your PS3 using Content Manager and copy any game to it. This will activate your PSTV automatically. You may need to use VitaUpdateBlocker to connect your PSTV to your PS3.

I swear, in the future games are gonna be paid for in frames. like 1.00$ for each frame of the game. and you have to pay like 1 million dollars just to beat like the Elder Scrolls 6

But telltale already made it where you have to buy per chapter to beat a game and people were OK with it

Intel tried to market CPUs kinda like that one time, you had to pay for a license key to unlock like a larger cache or something.
