For some reason i'm unable to view the video, Is all the video connections properly connected? If so maybe something to do with the Drivers for your GPU.

Ill gonna update them again and reconnect the gpu.

I realiZe it is bearly visible in this vid, but the problem is it looks like the screen is always adjusting. Same if i dont play games and sometimes the screen goes black for a sec

Instead of a faulty HDMI it could also very well be a loose HDMI Connector on the GPU.

Have you tried a different HDMI cable?
You're using fresh drivers and have uninstalled the old ones?
Have you played around your GPU display settings?

Yes, other HDMI gave the same issue.

Yeah im using fresh drivers.

What settings gpu are u talking about?

What resolution and refresh rate are you using? if it is higher than standard 1080p you might be overloading the connection.

60 hz
4k.

But it also occurred with 2K and 1080p settings, in-game and desktop

If it isn't already past the store's return policy, I would return the PC, you shouldn't have to deal with it. Otherwise file a warranty claim on it, something is definitely up, and if you just bought it, it shouldn't be doing this.

Try plugging the HDMI into your motherboard HDMI port, rather than your GPU one... Could be a faulty GPU.

Tried, no screen. It gives black screen

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

weird question but do you have adaptive lighting on?

Well i tried that too. But i cant get in the cpu settings. Tried to download the Intel driver graphics bla bla but it says my system doenst require the minimum settings:

I got
I5 7600k
GTX 1070

U think it is the gpu fault? I opened the pc and check the connections. Everything seems fine... Dont want to go the trouble of returning and waiting :(

You may have the iGPU disabled in your BIOS.
Anyway, it does look like it could be a faulty GPU. All sorts of odd issues can occur with a faulty GPU. I'm not really sure though.
