I have Goomba Color loaded onto my EZ4MicroSD, and while the original yoshi works fine games like Shantae and Pokemon run sluggish, and eventually break with the levels going all goofy (for example, in Pokemon Crystal things look fine when you enter a room, but when somebody talks everything fucks up). Is that a standard issue for Goomba Color, or is there an update that can fix that? thanks.

i know goomba is kinda gibberish, tried it myself the nes one, it somewhat worked, but had some graphic glitches here and then..
not sure about the gbc games since i never tried them..
but where did you get goomba from? you didn't even specified the version you are using..
you might want to test in an emulator, i seen some folks having issues with some ez iv cards (i remember one gbatemper who returned and got another ez iv did see this solved)
if you can provide where you get goomba from and the steps to make that issue you are describing, i am currently playing on my ez iv, i can test it and see if the same happens in my cart.
i can also test it on my m3 to make sure it's not the ez iv

Crystal doesn't work correctly, been a bug for years and years and Shantea does still have slowdown, don't think there is much that dwedit can do about that. Outside of those 2 very specific games, the emulator runs almost everything thrown at it, full speed and perfectly.

I suppose I should've tried other games. All the Zelda games seem to work fine.
Do the other gb/gbc Pokemon games work?

Thanks. What's your recommendation for a short list of GB/GBC games to load into it? I'll put the usuals like Zelda on it, but I'm looking for some games that are quick to drop into and I can shut off quickly without losing much progress? My GBM is on my car keychain and I'd like to fiddle with it when waiting in lines and such.

All the other Pokémons work just fine (I haven't tried hacks but official ones do except crystal). Outside of zeldas (those all also work) any classic gb game is great. Some of my favs are Boxxle, Kirby, metroid 2, double dragon, dragon warrior series, Tetris dx, Mario series, tmnt, too hard to list the best off the top of my head lol

The emulator also has save states which is perfect for playing a couple mins and resuming right where you left off at a later time.

I have metal gear, bionic commando, deja vu, shadowgate, dragon warrior, and Mario deluxe.

I would like a Predator game "Kill Team" it takes place in the Jungle of the first movie, your team is sent to hunt the predator, using current tech drones and a trained team. Set traps use strategy to hunt and trap or kill the predator.

Ill stick with my Battlefield. Yea a predator hunting game like that would be cool. Esp if you can be Arnold and say "Get to da choppa"

I went today and looked at a motorcycle someone was selling. I get there and the battery on it was dead, so the guy grabbed a battery charger and hooked it up. He plugged it into the wall, and the motorcycle sparked and started smoking. Come to find out the bike uses a 6 volt battery and the guy had the charger set to 12v. I said sorry to the dude and walked away. I felt bad for him tho.

Not sure I would want something on fire between my legs
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
He ruined it basically. Sad cause it was a decent old bike. It would take more money to rewire the bike than it was worth tho.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
