I searched "Team Fortress 2" on moderate and strict and didn't see anything particularly egregious on either.

Maybe you're doing it wrong.

A few weeks ago I google-imaged "cat" and some other word I can't remember and was rudely greeted by an asian lady crushing a cat with her heels.

So yeah, that experience I had kinda supports the position of the OP.

My curiosity is getting the best of me, I really want to see the picture.

I honestly don't remember the other keyword. It's really difficult for me to even want to think about.
