Oh ok, well I also tried the older version of sakura from filetrip and that too failed to load.

How strange, well I am updating and about to upload a repaired version of mine, it should work once it's updated

No, there are so few updates and the last guys who were working on it, quit.
I would suggest looking into cards with active teams, such as the Acekard, Supercard, EZ-Flash, and R4, not R4 clones, the R4 from shoptemp.
All of those cards have active teams and work better than other cards.
