Can anyone recommend a good rss reader/notifier?

I'd like one that sits in the system tray and pops up a little message in the corner when there's a new entry in one of the feeds.

I've tried several ones that are integrated with various programs (Firefox, Outlook, Trillian, etc). Each one always has some stupid annoying problem that makes it to where I couldn't stand to use it.

+1 for feeddemon. You can have it in your toolbar and have it automatically check for updates
