I have currently, only Cabal. I am looking for any MMORPG that fits my criteria:
- 3-D (I don't want 2-D, Birds eye view... Childish)
- Good Skills (Nothing Boring)
- Free to Play (Forever)
- Free to Download (No need to buy)

That is all I am looking for. It also has to be able to run on 2GB Ram, a 3.4GHz Single Core Processor, and doesn't take much HDD space (Maximum, 4GB)

Always a good place to start although most people are either frustrated b/c its basically the same old same old or frustrated b/c when something new and different comes out they are retarded and go back to WoW because those NEW MMOs have bugs and glitches(which WoW still has in massive proportions)
But IMHO if you like PvE go LotRO and if you like massive battles try Warhammer Online(really fun with a good guild that is great at strategy)

Personally my definition of a good MMORPG is one that people you know play. There's no point of playing an MMORPG without your friends to compete with. That being said, you might be a trend starter?
My friends are too boring and don't play MMORPGs T_T

There really aren't any good totally free, 3d mmo's. Maybe rune-whatever...
Guild Wars is a one time buy.
If you want a quality game try Lord of the Rings Online
Still not going to buy any MMO >_>. Parents will never let me. And I always say this to myself... "Why pay for something that will not last forever?"

The thing about most Pay to play MMOs is that MMOs always tend to be buggier than other games, the monthly payments for most(i say most because blizzard is rolling around in cash while other *better* games are having issues keeping players because people who hate buggy games for some reason go back to this heavily bugged game that a crapload of people play) games go toward updates/fixes/maintenance of servers/new content. So really if you are playing a free to play game, it will not be really good so don't expect much.

If you really want there are other ways to play pay to play MMOs, they just won't be as fun. You could try to read up on playing Private servers which usually tend to have changes like multipliers on experience/gold/drop rates.

15$ per month. it is not much, yet heaps of students can't afford it. but if you're one of the ones who can, do it. Pay for a good MMO, because those will be always better.

I'm going to disagree, I used to be practically addicted to Guildwars.

anyways it still is a very good game especially with the one time fee and whatnot.

Steam sells those games now so if you interested...

I grew bored with it after beating all of the campaigns (good solid 100 hours or so clocked in.)

Guildwars 2 is supposed to come out sometime soon as well.

@AncientBoi, Yeah, believe you can do PSP games as well. But a Pi5 is much powerful in comparison.

Not sure about other models of Pi4 but the Pi 4 B with 8GBs OCed to 2Ghz handles PSP really great except like 1 game I found and it is playable it just looks bad lol Motor Storm Arctic something or other.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Other games I can have turned up to like 2X and all kinds of enhancements, Motorstorm hmmm nope 1X and no enhancements lol

I will admit that one does seem more interesting than the usual Ambernic ones, and I already liked those.
  • Veho @ Veho:
    I dread the price point.

  • Veho @ Veho:
This looks like one of their premium models, so... $150 :glare:

  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    To me that seems reasonable.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I mean since basically all the games are errmmm free lol
  • Veho @ Veho:
I mean yeah sure but the specs are the same as a $50 model, it's just those pesky "quality of life" things driving up the price, like an actually working speaker, or buttons that don't melt, and stuff like that.

I think all in my Pi 4 was well north of 200 bucks 150ish for the Pi 4 the case the fancy cooler, then like 70 for the 500GB MicroSD then like 70 for the Xbox controller. But honestly it's a nice set up I really enjoy and to me was worth every penny. (even bought more controllers for 2 or 4 player games.) hmmm have never played any 2 player games yet :(
  • Veho @ Veho:
Yeah that's what I hate about the RPi, it's supposedly $30 or something but it takes an additional $200 of accessories to actually turn it into a working something.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
yes that's the expensive part lol
  • Veho @ Veho:
I mean sure it's flexible and stuff but so is uremum but it's fiddly.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Yeah a lot of it I consider a hobby, using Batocera I am constantly adjusting the collection adding and removing stuff, scraping the artwork. Haven't even started on some music for the theme... Also way down the road I am considering attempting to do a WiiFlow knock off lol
  • Veho @ Veho:
I want everything served on a plate plz ktnx, "work" is too much work for me.
  • Veho @ Veho:
Hmm, with that in mind, maybe a complete out-the-box solution with all the games collected, pacthed and optimized for me would be worth $150
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Yeah it's all choice and that's a good thing :)
