Going to upgrade N2DS XL battery, any tips?

I have the proper screwdrivers and prying tool. I am aware the stock battery is glued on so it must be gently levered off. Any other tips that might help me do this successfully? I hear the screws are not the best quality, so I plan to be incredibly careful.

I was also thinking of doing a clean of the inputs. Does that make sense? If it's open anyways I figure just blow it out a bit.

nm just did it. Way too much work to clean the inputs, left em as is.

I might've screwed up the cable that goes to R and ZR so we'll see if that input is wrecked. That would suck!
