Hacking godmode can't access files on sd card..

Hello out there, this is driving me crazy..!
I searched for this problem the entire forum and google
but didn't find any solution/suggestion.

As the title says, godmode9 doesn't see any file on my sd card,
though I can mount/unmount it and the size is displayed properly.

I have the "failed to apply 1 firm patches" error and wanted to fix it
with the updated files, which is impossible without access to sd card!

It's formatted in Fat32, but I don't remember the cluster size anymore..
Could it be the wrong cluster size?

As I was booting from CTRNAND, exchanging the boot.firm didn't work.
But I managed the problem using another sd card just for copying the boot.firm to CTRNAND..

So it had to be the filesystem, probably the cluster size!
But as all other things work, I don't modify the filesystem..
