If your wiimote didin't work in MMM, it's because you are using an old version of MMM. You only needed to update MMM instead of modifying the files on your SD card.

You can delete CFG loader folders/files again, as you don't use it.
You can keep the bootmii folder (it's not used if your wii is not a very old one, but no harm keeping it).

Don't know what that Orange color is.
just boot the console again without SD card inserted and go to Homebrew channel (to see if the problem is the SD card).
insert the SD card and see if it still work or crash again in orange color.

4. After seraching the internet i found that i had to instal "d2x -8-final" (not sure of the spelling)
Searching the internet didn't tell you if what you found was still helpful or an outdated informations. Don't just assume that what you read is correct without checking what you currently are using.
First thing to do before modifying anything is to know your own console.

Maybe you already have "d2x v8 final", maybe you have a better version (v10 is available, why go back to v8?), or maybe you have an old one and then you really need to update.

So, first, check what you have. never update randomly, and if you don't understand, then ask someone else before changing a working wii (it will prevent orange screen).
To check which files and version you currently have, look in my signature and follow the "syscheck guide".

with a computer?
download the file, put it on your SD card in the /apps/ folder (replace the old one, or make a new folder if you want to keep both versions).

Edit: Check the version you currently have to be sure you are updating it (if you find the same version, or if your version is already the latest available, then it not useful to change it).

If you have an old Wiimote (not a Wiimote+), use that one.

OK fixed my console by reformatting the SD card and put some thing on it with Actar's WiiDownloader
- Homebrowe - USB Loader GX
- Recommended ois's
- ModManager
- Priiloader (to disable online updates)
- Syscheck

Skylanders portal does work now.
To be sure that my system is up to date i post here the Syschecks results. Does this seems ok to the WII pro's?
And why is this log showing: system menu 4.0/4.1E. I am sure it was 4.3E before modding.

you console is fine now, everything is updated.
I don't know which version of MIOS you really have. MIOS is used to play gamecube games. Official MIOS is v10, you currently have v65535 so it has been modified but your log doesn't explain why.
You may not be able to launch gamecube games correctly, if you need help on gamecube (official or backup), please ask for help.

If you see 4.1, then maybe it has been downgraded from 4.3 to 4.1 (there's no significant features between both version, nintendo only added anti-piracy measures in 4.2 and 4.3, so having 4.1 4.2 or 4.3 is good, 4.1 being able to play out-of-region Disc based backups with modchips)

You should have all existing games since Atari!
No, it's up to you. depends what you like, what genre, and which plateform. Some people don't like old gen games.

I guess if some GameCube games interested you, you would already have them.
Some of the most popular one are on Wii/WiiU anyway (Metroid, Zelda, pikmin, some mario) so don't bother with setting a gamecube environment for those.

There are currently two methods to play gamecube backups :

- Devolution : You need the original game disc to verify that you are not a pirate, or you can't play the backup.
official thread : http://gbatemp.net/threads/devolution-public-release.330554/unread
Tutorial : http://gbatemp.net/threads/using-devolution-to-play-gamecube-games-on-a-family-wii-or-a-wiiu.350927/

- DIOS MIOS : You need to replace the "MIOS" system file in your wii with a new one to use backup instead of Disc. if you want to use Disc again, reinstall a clean "MIOS" file.
official thread : http://gbatemp.net/threads/dios-mios-lite.329342/
tutorial : http://gbatemp.net/forums/wii-tutorials-faqs.235/ (there's no good/updated tutorial in my opinion, just read carefully lot of user's thread, questions, do some search on the forum)
