Gaming German PS Store code on Dutch account

Hey,

Is it possible to use a german ps store code on a dutch PSN account? I want to buy the season pass for Dark Souls 3 and it's way cheaper if I buy the code trough a german website than a Dutch one. I know that it's not possible to buy american PS codes for a European account but is there also a difference for individual countries in the same region?

Afaik, PAL is PAL.
It should work.

Hmm, I don't know for sure. I thought I read somewhere that DLC is region locked to specific countries.
