Hacking GC - Loading and Emulation Help Needed!

I have my gc games on the 1st partition and they are working well, i am trying to get my emulators (e.g. snes9xgx) to load my roms from the 2nd partition on my usb but it only reads the 1st partition as usb, is there any way to get these emus to look at the 2nd partition at all?? any help would be appreciated

EDIT: Both partitions are FAT32 just so ya know.

I don't have much experience with emulators but why 2 partitions ?

There is no reason to have 2 FAT32 partitions so why not just merge the 2 partitions and save yourself the trouble.

i believe theres a specific mod for those emulators to support usb loading, it was removed for some reason. even if you have the usb option in the emulator, it actually does not work.
if you already have version with usb support i suggest moving those roms to 1st partition or to a SDCARD, snes roms are not that big. my n64 games i have them in the same partition as GC games.
