My personal experience with gamersection was abysmal.

First I ordered a G6 lite with Passcard 3, they were in stock. It said 3-5 days for delivery, so I figured why not.

I e-mailed them frequently on why my product still isn't shipped after 5 days. No response whatsoever.

2 weeks later my product arrives, I play with it for a while, it goes corrupt after taking many precautions. I send it back to gamersection for an exchange. After 5 days, I e-mailed them to see if they got it (I sent if from Montreal, and their PO box is in Quebec). After 1 week, I e-mail them a few times if they need additional information to ship the product to me. Soon after, I ask if I can refund it, and whether it will be refunded back to my card, or in the form of a coupon. After 1 week and a half, I get one reply: "We can refund it back to your card." But they didn't say that they refunded my money, they just said that they can.

Now it's nearing 2 weeks since I've sent my G6 lite off to gamersection and not a single word has been said whether my product even made it, or they shipped it off to me.

Complete bullshit.

I think Winsunx is the best seller out there. They seem to have the best prices, a great selection, and they combine on shipment so when you buy multiple items, they are still the same price. (unless you exceed 500 grams, which most items are much less than that)

I have done business with them before, and I'm doing it again.

By the way, this was my most recent purchase:

PassCard 3 - $14.92
EZ4 Lite Deluxe (pre-order) - $43.23
EZ4 Lite Compact (pre-order) - $23.75
3rd Party AC adaptor for DS - $5.7

Shipping (weighed .42 kg) - $18.81

Total - $106.4

Pretty good deal if you ask me.

The shipping (in US) is $18.81 for the first 500 grams, and $6.27 for each additional 500 grams.

I recently ordered a M3 Lite for a friend from gamefreax.de, located in Germany. It was EUR 10 cheaper than at shop.01media (only EUR 99.9 for M3 Lite + Passcard 3) and S&H was only EUR 4 delivered to a German location.

I received the goods in about 3 days after placing my order, which is okay considering the M3 Lite wasn't in stock and they shipped it before even updating their site (it must've been shipped the second they got it).

Highly recommended for German customers that want to avoid import taxes etc.

Hey, guys.

Thanks for answering all of my questions before. But I have another question.

Did anyone have any problems buying from GamerSection.ca? I've been waiting for an M3 Lite for about a month, and I'm starting to worry. I checked my status on the site and it said my order shipped on 9/11/06. It's now the 25th and I haven't received my package yet. Maybe its because of customs, seeing as how they're located in Canada, and I'm in the United States. But I just want to know if any of you guys had problems with them. And if you did, what did you do about it? Can you request a refund or do I have to do that through Paypal?

Thanks alot.

Has anybody bought anyting from either:

www.modchipstore.com

    or

www.foundmy.com

Both are offering the ds extremem for about 120USD

I bought a PS2 modchip from Foundmy before. They are based in Edmonton in Canada and it took 2 days for shipping to my place (Vancouver, Canada).

Highly recommended.

Does anyone know how long to ship from shop.01media to west coast Canada when shipped with express?

I have bought from modchipman, consoleplus and bamboogaming and can recommend all 3 of them.
I had no problems whatsoever, and all delivered my stuff very quickly indeed.
*EDIT* didn't mean to post again.... forgot about the above post (and it was only a couple of minutes ago

Hi, can anyone post some feedback on Bamboo gaming at bamboo gaming dot com?Â

It seems pretty reasonable for supercard stuff as well as one of the cheapest shipping (esp for down under)
I have ordered from Bamboo Gaming on three occasions now.

The first time I ordered from them I purchased 3 carts. One of the carts (an EZ4 mini) had a problem, well two actually. The casing had not been manufactured correctly and was not joined properly, also the cars SRAM was messed up and it wouldn't back up saves.
I only realised the first problem when I contacted them and sent a picture with the email explaining that I was unhappy.
I was phoned by a member of their support team within an hour of emailing! I was impressed by that alone but Sam (the support member) then apologised and told me he would send out a replacement to me and I could then send the old cart back after I received the new one.

On another occasion I ordered 3 more flashcarts from them and had another problem with another EZ4, this time a lite deluxe model. The cart was having intermittent problems with recognising the micro-SD card in it. I emailed Sam, explained the problem and told him I had tested with different SD cards. His reply came promptly and said that he would again send out another cart and I just had to send the faulty one back. I was about to place another order so I asked if he could just send it with the new order and he has said yes.

That last order is still processing but I am confident that all will go well with it. I'm getting less convinced that EZ-Flash can make consistently flawless product runs but I guess every manufacturer has some problems.

In the end my experience so far with Bamboo Gaming has been excellent. I am just so impressed that they are willing to fix a problem without major hassle that it gives me great confidence to use them again.

Now if only they stocked the DS-Xtreme instead of the Neo 2...

Do NOT buy from http://www.mrmodchips.co.uk/

Firstly -- They promised next day delivery (paid for the service). I ordered on Monday, had to remind them on Wednesday to receive it on thursday

Secondly -- My pack (M3 Lite) had two black slots and a blue (no white) - They point blank refused to swap a black one for a white one (I have a white DS Lite)

Thirdly -- When asking them for good customer service

"If this is the level of customer service I should expect then Im not sure I am going to use you in future

Surely you can look in another pack, and send me a white one ?"

The answer I got was

" Thats very simple then we have now suspended your ability to purchase from our site and should you attempt to circumvent this any future orders from you will be rejected. "

Lovely Customer service !!!! - Anyone in the United Kingdom STAY CLEAR off these idiots

I'm really frustrated - I've placed my order on BambooGaming and they've shipped my M3 Lite the very next day and it's been 18 days now. I still haven't received it!

What can I do about it?!
