I agree that phrasing could have been better (can I still blame 4am?) and I had hoped the music and film comparison would have pointed at what it was about. I shall clarify it.

As for The last of us the genre certainly intrigues me (I really did enjoy what I played of I am alive and this looks like it will probably be done better*) but Overstrike last year and Watch Dogs this year got me excited and this at best for me was I might play if it comes out and there is not a lot else going on.

*the whole there is one way to do a fight got to me and this appears to be far more freeform.

My point wasnt that though, my point was that it's not new... It's not something brought at E3 as new features, only that they're pushing it more this year, starting with this week's 12 "free" games.
