yo cant even log into temp on a (known) vpn or even tor cause their blacklisted for security reason (hacking or trolling are the main reasons) i've tried before (I was torrenting at the same time is why)

Yes, you can use VPNs, it's just certain VPN IPs that has been blacklisted when problematic people have used them. TOR on the other hand... ;P

You assume we haven't.

If they were both using a VPN, then you wouldn't be able to tell.

It would be difficult indeed, but in this case neither were using a VPN.
