Hacking GBAborders on EZ Flash IV

Hi all, i recently ordered a EZ Flash V and then cancelled it for a IV after finding out it doesn't hold sd cards (shoulda done my research.) anyways, basically waht i wanted to ask is, is there anyway to load games with a Border around them on this card or does that only work if you have like a real GBA cart in slot 2 and load it through a slot 1 flashcard that has a border already? sorry if that was confusing.

k i'ma try and re-word this one incase i was to confusing. basically is there anyway to make the GBA borders that some people make (like the skins for R4 and m3 etc.) always appear when you load a GBA game using the EZIV or does that only work with original games?
