Hacking GBA Loading

Hello to you all.

This is my first post here so be gentle

I was wondering if it is possible to use the TTDS Firmware and/or YSMenu together with the memory expansion that accompanies Opera to run GBA games? If so is there any special program I need to acquire and if not is the only option that 3-in-1 Expansion thingamebob?
