Hacking GBA emulator save conversion/compatibility

Hey everyone!

Is it possible to convert or import saves from a Windows GBA emulator (VisualBoyAdvance) to work in the GBA emulator for the DSTWO or vice versa?

lol had the same question a while back too, and no you can't unless you move the save to the newer one vba-m.
oh and you should get the version w/ the link ability if you want it for pokemon.

the old vba adds junk to your save so unless you edit it you can't really transfer it, same goes w/ no$gba. no$ would add $!#$%!$ or something to areas of your save for idk what reason.
