Also interested in this. I really wish that the EZFlash would have just implemented an Action Replay style cheat system. Having 90% of the cheat files in Chinese only is irritating. I'm surprised nobody has undertaken this as a task yet.

It wouldn't be so bad if there were cheat creation tutorials for the layman. You could just create your own, but most of them online pretty much assumes you have an understanding of hexidecimal values/etc. It's convoluted and confusing to figure it out.

I just want to avoid having to grind for 80 damn hours in FFV, dang it.
