OP
Is it possible to copy the .cia save files from the emunand of one 3DS to another? Or are these save files unit specific?
Thanks.

Part of the leaked Source Development Kit for 3DS units. It's able to extract and re-implement save data to units.

Needless to say, like anything else copyrighted, it's illegal, so it's in the same boat as downloading ROMs. So don't ask for it here.

Simply follow these easy steps:

1. Search for the title ID you want in Savedatafiler on your source emuNAND (the one in black, not Red-broken title ID)
2. Decrypt it by pressing Y, then A to confirm, a folder named filer will be created on SD card.
3. Turn off your 3DS, take out the card, put it in your PC, open filer/UserSaveData, search for the folder that was just created (named after created day) E.g: 20150303185530
4. Copy that folder to the target SD card that holds the other emuNAND, into filer/UserSaveData
5. Plug that into your 3DS, boot into emuNAND, open SaveDataFiler
6. Switch to the third tab on the right (SD tab), highlight the title ID you copied before
7. Hold R + A to import that decrypted save to your game in the target emuNAND.
8. Close SDF, open the game and enjoy!
