I thought that was equal to zero keys encryption, which can be decrypted on the fly?

The reason why Govanify's Dev Menu works is that it's decrypted, the BBB ones are still encrypted. So we can't install any of them until somebody (Relys?) makes a CIA decryptor.

Oh, I forgot we have no tools to decrypt any kind of CIA files.

You only can import Govanify devmenu

So .csu from SDK... and .cia from GovanifY...? It worked.

In a generic sense? I have with the CIA CFW. If you meant with the new Gateway update, nope; I don't have a Gateway.

That won't happen. They're encrypted with dev keys, which we don't have access to.
But converting the CSU to CIA should be possible.

Edit: I can't launch the 2.3.0 DevMenu. Do I need to be on 9.x?

Hmm.. well what emunand are you on then? half the CSU files just come to a black screen that say "The Game Card was removed."

But it'll probably only work for the N3DS... Unless you have it imported or you live in Australia/Japan and got one.
