YES! MY ACEKARD 2I IS WORKING AGAIN!! I wonder if Gateway realized that people will benefit from the downgrade even if they didn't buy a Gateway card.. Then again, they have probably made tons of money already. Can we play the latest games on the 4.5 CFW if we don't have a Gateway card?

I just did this to NES 3DS XL(no nand mod present, wouldn't wanna ruin this beauty.) It worked fine, no longer needing the web exploit is great.

OK I Will downgrade from 9.2, so I can install CFW for cias.

My 3ds is a day one purchase, its first fw was 1.0, USA ver. Cosmo Black.

Ok so i have a 3DS XL EU, got it pre 4.5 is now on 9.2.. just a few questions for those who downgraded.

What version does the EU FW downgrade to ?
When you have downgraded do you need to re-install the exploit using the blue card ?
Do you need to backup new nand and then create Emunand again ?

or better said if you downgraded it should you treat it like a setting up a "new" 4.5 3DS for gateway.
including seperating SysNand and EmuNand to keep Emunand themes and installed .CIA gifts open

I can't see a heartless monster run out and buy an MT Card when Gateway put the effort in.

MT Card is more expensive... Why pay more and get less?
