Hacking Gateway 3DS Mset Exploit no loading

here's the problem ive install the mset exploit and when i go the nintendo ds profile it just hangs there. no gateway ultra showing what could be the problem?
My 3ds version is v1.1u
EDIT:
ive already download the latest gateway ultra 3.22 and even put the launcher.dat in the sd card but it still hangs any solutions?
when i go the music app it says the sd card slot cannot be used

Ur console firmware must be min 4.1 in order to use gateway 3ds.

use a game card w 4.1 to 4.5 update. Can't remember offhand the game titles. Others might able to chip in.

Nope.
1 - You need a game from your console region.
2 - Don't update past 4.5 with a browserless console.
