It's entirely possible. It's just a warning in advance in case something did happen like you failed to receive a tracking number if you ordered ~12ish days ago or you're not noticing any tracking updates.

i went to order from them a few days ago, but they charge from a weird foreign place even though they are based out of NY (i guess?). My bank wont allow any transactions in a from a few places because of how much trouble and fraud came from those areas, so i cant even order from them. Of course they have no other payment options like paypal which is surprising. Still waiting on the US realhotstuff to get some in stock.

Hmm. My bank was fine with it when i purchased a couple of months ago, and fine with the other times before that. Paypal has a policy against almost everything days it seems

Hmmm this coupon code actually gave me 75$ discount, and the GWAY is actually costing only 5$
Site has some kind of bug, I would buy it, but I'm sure they will not send me and it will be a hassle to get the refund

Yeah, got the same result here. Brought the Gateway card down to $5.00. This is just begging for a delay in the order, so I'm not using this. Does anyone know how one can become a VIP on ModChipsDirect?

My laptop HDD got about 3gb of space left and since I was so impatient to test the Gateway 3ds. I chose a game I liked a little that require the least mb and a slow adsl connection....... I chose Rayman Origins, about 220mb in size, and it works fine...... Now all I have to do now is to free up some gb's on my laptop and finally download some games I actually LOVE and busting to play like Mario and Luigi Dream team.

You should email the store you purchase from if you need to enquiry about your order. I emailed nds-card about the status about my order since I could not track my Gateway with my Australian mail tracking, the nds-card store even offered me a Gateway replacement should the Gateway not arrived by the 15th October.

I emailed nds-card to let him know I received the Gateway today...


Still happy I got it just in time for Pokemon X........

Since nds-card.com put a note saying they wont refund lost items sent to Brazil, I'm hoping to get the product, nothing else.

Well, I ordered a Gateway 3DS from NDS-Card...for science... and shipped via Hong Kong Post on the 29th. Getting it later today. Stay hopeful guys.

Well, I ordered a Gateway 3DS from NDS-Card...for science... and shipped via Hong Kong Post on the 29th. Getting it later today. Stay hopeful guys.

I guess the biggest concern with them is that they issued emails to customers saying that they had shipped the product, and then we identified that several days later it showed up at HK post system. They blamed first on HK Post system issues, then extra x-ray scan for battery-powered products.
I did no buy it, as I have evidence that a person ordered from Aliexpress on the 30th, and had their shipment working on the HK post site on the 2nd. It should have affect it as well.
Anyway, it seems I'll get the product today, my local post tracking site is now stating it left for delivery in my home. Total wait time (with the correct post date) was 28 days.
