Hacking Gateway 3DS 2.0 Omega Quick Look Video w/ 128GB test

Here's a crappy video for those that don't have a GW or can't get in the beta. The video would have been up sooner if I realized you press select to browse your games, it also would have been a lot shorter if I was patient enough to wait 5 seconds longer for Pokemon Y. After the 4 minute mark I recommend fast fowarding through most of it

Some things to take from this though.
1. 128GB works with no formats necessary
2. Nand saving works
3. previous save files still work.

Quick question. Do we need to mess with our previous save files such as renaming them, moving them from SD card to mSD card in GW?

Nope. It just works.

Nope it just worked without doing anything.

According to the main thread with all the replies someone said so, but looking at the microSD card contents now I see no .sav files.

If this was a few hours ago I would have recommended MT, but now that Gateway has multi-rom and supports every retail game out there I would go with Gateway. We don't even need updates at the moment (though I guess online play would be nice)

i dont recognize your brand msd, so what make is it and how much did it cost? is it a ggd price generic 128gb card? i was thinking of getting a 64gb but if there isa generic 128 that works with GW i will consider that, also where dd you get the zelda crest decal

How did the gateway brick the 3ds? I managed to got my hands on an used 3ds running on 4.5.10 couple hours ago, paid 200 for it. Now I'm thinking about ordering the DSTwo as well as gateway or MT. If I order the gateway, will I be able to apply the 2.0 update FIRST before inserting it to my 3ds and run it? I don't want to take the chance of bricking my 3ds by trying the gateway that came with whatever version.
