Well no, all cheat disc don't work on ps3. But you can always copy your save data to a pc and use a emulator or some save editing.

Use webman to load the iso select your cheats when it asks you to change discs using your tablet/phone/pc connected to the same network go to your browser enter your ps3s ip address from there you can swap the iso to the game you wanna cheat in its a bit of a pain in the ass but it works
