Hacking Games wont dowload on 3.60 Vita

Hey, I've learned that if you have PSN hooked up to your vita, and items in your Download Queue, they will download to your Vita.
Is this incorrect?

No, the PS4 has no way to interface with the Vita aside from Remote Play.

They still apply.

Plug Vita into computer, connect with QCMA, unplug the USB end so you have a complaint on the Vita about you unplugging it. Plug it into the PS3 without doing anything and then dismiss the error message on the Vita and tell it you want to connect to a PS3 by USB.
