Space gun, police trainer and ut99. Space gun and police trainer are mame roms, but I can't get them to load with the wii mame emulator.

Seconded on UT99. I had some very good memories of that game.

Come on UT 99 was a couple gig in size and would require a shit load of work and effort and probably would run at a slow arse speed
but since this thread is ridiculous ideas im going to say half life 1

Why wouldn't it be possible? Didn't dreamcast have UT? and the ps2 ?

I doubt that. Can't recall the exact file size when installed, but it shipped on a single CD. And it was well over a year before my folder reached the 1 gigabyte "peak" (not that that is saying much...downloading custom maps took quite some time on a 56k modem). And considering it was technology-wise more or less up to par with quake 3, I don't see why the emulation would be extremely slow. Or more correctly: I don't see how it'd be limited by the wii's hardware.

But I certainly agree that it DOES require a shitload of work and effort. And coding. And testing. And stuff.
Way too much to make it even slightly possible to actually happen (even if I knew how to code, I'd think twice to start a project like that).
