Games closing on their own

Hello for some reason here the last few days whenever I go to play a game the game will open then an error will pop up saying the game has been terminated cause an game or app is being played on another console and it's always the same game name and the same console name. Anyone have any ideas? I've already changed account passwords and deactivated all systems and reactivated the PS5

that's odd.... maybe factory reset.... or use web browser deactive option.

When you make your system the home system, try to open up the Same game with another user and see if the same thing happens.

Nope it works fine on another user so it's something to do with the user name

That particular user could be on another PS System?

No it's not Ive already changed password and signed out off all devices and activated only the PS5 and also enabled 2fa. Also when I check more Information about it it will actually show the system that it was opened on and it's the same system
