I've formatted it to ExFat like 19 times.Format it to exFat. Do you still have the files for your SD card around?
No
I have tried everything I can think of

Formatting isn't going to helpI've formatted it to ExFat like 19 times.

Point is, it is exfat. im not sure what else to doFormatting isn't going to help
I'll try different allocation sizes. See if that helps.Try Fat32 with allocation size of 100 to see if it works.
Maybe the place where you donwload the dumps are screwed?
Well im using AutoRCM, So whatever state its in when I power off. I do believe its not full off though. Are you inserting/removing the micro sd card only when the Switch is power off? I heard things can go wrong if you do it while the Switch is on or in sleep mode.
I'll look at this thanks!I posted this in another thread, but it may be relevant to your issue:
Are you 100% sure your SD card is real? Many eBay sellers, Amazon 3rd party sellers, and sometimes their fake stock gets mixed in with sold by Amazon.com cards. They take a 2-32GB card and make the card report as being 256GB, or even 2TB cards which don't even exist. I always buy my cards from an actual store now, too many fakes out there. Here's how to test if you ended up with a fake card (it will work fine at first till it reaches it's actual capacity and then starts overwriting itself causing total corruption) https://www.raymond.cc/blog/test-an...b-flash-drives-bought-from-ebay-with-h2testw/
It can happen, I had a Sandisk 128GB Micro SD card shipped and sold by Amazon that turned out to be a 16GB fake, you will only notice issues after you fill the actual, in my case 16GB capacity. Most people don't load up their cards right away so it goes unnoticed till well after the return window.Well im using AutoRCM, So whatever state its in when I power off. Stupid question, but the files end in .XCI and not .XCI.XCI right? And they're not in any folder? File names no more than 10 characters long? When i put my games on my SD card, they dont all show up in the SX OS game library, Im not sure if my SD Card is messed up or its something else. i've formatted and retried like 5 times.
None of them are card2 games and I've tried renaming them also.
I'm not sure what to do.
i've had up too 70GB in it. But i'll test it regardless. It can happen, I had a Sandisk 128GB Micro SD card shipped and sold by Amazon that turned out to be a 16GB fake, you will only notice issues after you fill the actual, in my case 16GB capacity. XCI Explorer is Windows only for the time as far as I know. I will look into this tomorrow when I am at my dual boot OSX / Win system and get back to you on this.
