I must be one of the lucky ones, I installed GTA IV on my gaming laptop (2.0 Ghz Q9000 Quad, 4GB RAM etc) and I get about 30-35 fps most of the time and occasionally 38-40 fps with a mixture of high and medium settings at 1680 X 1050 resolutions and the game has never crashed even once. I also run a modded version that adds more realistic graphics.

I also own this game on the Xbox but never play it anymore, I love this game on the PC and it looks so much better as well as having good mods.

I hope some one recorded the GTA IV Bus footage, that would be cool!

Props to Sonicslasher for designing the cover art. Props to Spikey too for having a big giant head.
Wish I could join you guys.

Come on kiddies it's been 1 hour, results please!

GTA 4 was the first game I installed on my new pc.
I thought it was running good but after playing games like fallout 3 or UT 3 I realized it was terrible.

Especially tree shadows.

4 people including me can fit inside a bus :|

Anyway, had fun with the tempers and various other random people who joined :]
So dumb that only 4 car fit(including the driver). On the 360 version I've had at LEAST 6 people. I was always curious just how many more would fit on there. We'll need to attempt this again, but on the 360.

Bought GTA IV for PC cheap. Thing is I can't be arsed to install, as I already own the 360 version.

Like me, you might find that you never play the 360 version again after playing it on the PC. It runs and looks so much better on the PC. I recommend Realizm IV Mod too, if you ever try it.
