GCN GameCube with XenoGC reads only backups

Dear All,
I have a (PAL) GameCube with XenoGC installed. It reads the backup discs without problems, but I tried original games (no problem with the discs) and it does not read them. Any ideas where the problem is?

Did it work with originals before?

Laser pot tweak maybe? GC lasers are not the best and are picky, even with originals. Plenty of guides around to show how to do this.

Unfortunatelly I dont remember if it worked with originals before. I just thought that if it works with backups, it should work with originals also since Its the same laser .
But I will try to adjust the pot. Thanks

Had this same issue adjust POT I set mine to 190 works like a charm.
