GCN Gamecube Iso Resizing

Can someone please help me with resizing of a gamecube iso.
Are there any programs that can do it automatically?

I have a gamecube iso which is 875mb or 918,443,408 bytes.
I need to rebuild this so it is 1.36gb.
I tried gamecube iso tool but with no luck.
