Hardware Gameboy SP Flash Crds

As my kids are getting a DS for christmas, their gameboy SP's are going spare.

A friend has asked if they can have one for their young daughter and was asking about the flash cards.

Which, if any, Flash card is the most suitable to play on GBA SP, and where is the best place to get them from?

like how_do_i_do_that said, ez4 is the last decent thing left, since m3's are not produced anymore, and the supercard crashes often
