Hi, just a simple question.
I've got a GBA SP, a gb link cable, a GBC, a EZ FLASH Omega DE and some old Gameboy Pokémon games.

I'd love to backup the save files, i saw this and got excited https://github.com/Gronis/gb-save-manager but then i realized it only worked with GB flashcarts... sad.

Any help? Thanks.

Are you talking about R/B/Y/G/S for GB/GBC, or the Game Boy Advance games?

You can, in theory, back up GB games on a GBA, but you need a GB Link-to-USB cable. I'm not even certain what the specifications are, let alone how you would obtain one. If you can figure that out, please be so kind as to report your findings.

Ultimately constructing and debugging such a cable is probably going to be more trouble than buying actual hardware like a GBXCart RW. Reportedly you can purchase knockoffs of the Open Source Cartridge Reader from AliExpress, too.
