How are you sure that is the culprit? It is not one of the usual ones we look at (though frankly GBA, much less 101, diagnostic methods are not as hot as some other devices).
Anyway numbers on small chips are often incomplete, and might also include somewhat irrelevant stuff like date codes.
You can try searching for them on sites like

https://www.digikey.co.uk/ and other vendors as many will have partial search available.
The logo on there might also be worth considering finding as part of this

I don't see this one in those but I might just be being spectacularly unobservant this afternoon.
If nothing else knowing what vendor it is might help you find a similar chip -- the GBA is old at this point and most chips are made for maybe 7 years before new stuff appears, however if they have a basically identical one but aimed at automotive you won't have to bank on some company somewhere flogging some old stock to you for "we know you will pay it" prices.
Also if you are not familiar with terminology surrounding chips (especially package and leg styles) then might want to sort that.

Beyond that many would probably just buy a broken board (or check to see if someone did a board harvest from a working one) and get one that way. Not ideal and probably considerably more expensive than finding farnell/element14/rapid/rs/digikey/.... has something in stock (give or take most sites like that having minimum orders and high shipping if you drop below that) but will be the easier way, at least until you find out that while the chip may have popped it was actually a short elsewhere that killed it and your new one met the same fate.
