Hardware O3ds charging polarity reversed!Need help

I tried to charge my 3ds with a help of audrino the voltage supplied was 5V only tho , the polarity got reversed and the port burnt or a short circuit burning smell was coming from the port now the problem is which part i need to change on the o3ds motherboard and can it be done by any technician or can do myself , it is not turning on not charging ,
The parts that im changing are
-pmic for the battey
-ic connector
-usb port
-battery (new for longer)
Please if someone knows regarding this help like do i need to change the 2 fuses and anything like that?

The fact that you're asking if it can be done by a technician or yourself, makes me think it would be even better if you don't touch it again and get it checked by a professional.

No i mean only for soldering and check where the fault is with a multimeter and only ic & pmic needs to be changed since its already dead i have to do somethin
