The WiiWare, Dracula Densetsu Rebirth JPN, launched on non JPN Wii won't see the game message on screen.
How to solve this problem? Thanks. Sorry for my English.

Just ignore Daco for the time being.

Anyways, it could have something to do with country strings. The game may be trying to load non-Jap text, which may not be in the game to display, so no text is displayed.

Maybe try launching the channel via Gecko 1.9.3, and in Gecko config options, force Language Japanese.
