Hacking Game freezes

I have frequent issues with game freezes, games including Sonic Unleashed and at rare times, Super Mario Galaxy. I burn at 3x, use Gamma 0.3. Anyone have any idea/solution for this?

bad burn cuz of bad media/burner/burning application/at wrong speed is possible and most likely what it is, try a different burning speed if that doesn't work try different media.
if neither of these work might be your dvd burner or wii dvd drive.

Pfft never mind, I just force PAL 60 and works great, not sure how that suppose to work but at least it works.

1 Week later...

It's freezing again and now it's even worse, I can't even pick a saved file for Sonic Unleashed or Mario Galaxy and it happened so suddenly, they were working great up until now.

Tried Sonic Unleashed NTSC, still randomly freezing but slightly less frequent.
