game boy player + homebrew = rom/sram dumps?

well my question pretty much is what the title entails,
is it possible to dump SRAM and/or ROMS using the Game Cube Game Boy player and perhaps some Game Cube linux or SD homebrew app or something along those lines?

hmm no feed back thus far perhaps a GC dev forum would be the place to ask?

I only know of Slot-1 DS carts wich can backup ROMs from GBA carts.
Slot-2 carts can also backup GBA games by WiFi but it's rather slow.

Or you should have some sort of GBA cart reader wich can backup GBA carts to the PC.
Other then that I really have no clue.
